Organization Summary: Wings is a Denver-based nonprofit building systems of support for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) and their loved ones. We blend in-depth health expertise with the healing power of community, supporting survivors as they speak about, heal from, and thrive beyond CSA trauma. We envision healthy lives, relationships, and communities for all.

Position Summary: The Survivor Services Coordinator (SSC) is a full-time member of the Programs Team and plays a vital role in advancing Wings’ mission to address unresolved childhood sexual abuse trauma through therapist-facilitated support groups for adults survivors and loved ones. This position provides essential administrative, coordination, and data support that allows our survivor-centered programs to operate with care, consistency, and integrity.
The SSC supports the day-to-day functioning of Wings’ support group program through scheduling and coordination, documentation and record-keeping, trauma-informed communication with facilitators and members, and accurate data management, quality assurance, and reporting. This role helps ensure that survivors, facilitators, and staff experience Wings’ programs as organized, responsive, and grounded in compassion.
