Post-Conviction Victim Advocacy & Representation
Supporting survivors throughout the post-conviction process.
The Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault is committed to strengthening post-conviction advocacy and representation throughout Colorado. Survivors’ rights, safety, and voices remain important long after a criminal case reaches a verdict or sentencing. Through training, technical assistance, community learning, and systems collaboration, we work to ensure that survivors have meaningful opportunities to participate in post-conviction proceedings. Victim representatives play a critical role in helping survivors navigate complex systems, understand available options, communicate their needs, and promote accountability and community safety.
