In this exciting collaboration between Project Safeguard and the Colorado ACP, the presenters will share their approaches to safety planning within their respective agencies. Topics will include: tips for helping survivors create a safe space for themselves, including breaking a lease prematurely under HB17-1035; and specific facets of the ACP that can enhance a participant’s confidentiality, such as the use of a Safe Label Name, requesting protections from private companies, and the ACP Voter process.
