Training synopsis:

This training will address many theft, scam and victimization questions related to those 60 years and older. Why do scams work? What are the psychological and emotional tactics criminals use to scam their victims? Who is at risk? How do we support victims and prevent further victimization?

Presenter: Lynn Lowe

Lynn Lowe is the senior resource navigator for the City and County of Denver, City Attorney’s Office. Lynn works with the Denver Police Department’s Special Victims Unit to provide resources for victims 60+ of abuse, neglect, self-neglect and financial exploitation. Lynn specializes in financial scam victimization and stays up-to-date on the latest scam trends and techniques used by criminals.
