Sierra joined CCASA in March 2022 as the Training & Technical Assistance Manager and transitioned to the Prevention Program Manager in April 2024. She has worked in the field to end sexual violence since 2017. She also has experience in workforce and youth development within the Nashville community. Prior to joining CCASA, Sierra worked at a domestic and sexual violence program in New Jersey. She coordinated and managed her county’s Sexual Assault Response Team. She also provided legal advocacy services to victims of violence by informing them of their options and accompanying them to criminal and civil hearings. Additionally, Sierra engaged community members in prevention and education workshops and trainings. She has a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Lipscomb University. Sierra is excited to continue supporting survivors, working alongside passionate advocates, and creating communities free from sexual violence.
